Spray drying is a drying method to process the solution, emulsion, suspension or paste material into powder and granular materials. It is a process in which the liquid is sprayed into mist droplets through the action of atomizer, and the dry medium (hot air) is evenly mixed with the droplets for heat exchange and mass exchange, so as to vaporize the water, so as to remove the physical bound water and mechanical bound water in the materials. It has the advantages of stable product properties, low degree of denaturation, continuity, automation, large operation flexibility and so on.
